Leading Merseyside recruitment agency Scantec Personnel has strengthened its Infrastructure division with the re-appointment of key staff member Lynn Moore.
Wirral based Lynn has returned to Scantec as Division Manager after a three year hiatus - she was part of the original team when the business initially launched in 1990, joining the business in 1993 she spent 15 years at Scantec in her first spell.
Alongside Managing Director Peter Bates and Chairman John Robinson,Lynnhelped to grow the Infrastructure division into one of the business's core sectors. She built up a large portfolio of clients and was made a director in 2006.
Lynn said: "I joined the firm as a consultant and worked my way up to divisional director in 1998 and then director. I built up a real understanding of the recruitment industry during this time and enjoyed managing, as well as training a dedicated team.
"I am very excited to be returning to Scantec after a career break and to be working with Peter and John again, as well as leading the Infrastructure division. We have had real growth in this sector which is a great achievement considering the harsh economic backdrop.
"We currently have four people in the Infrastructure division but are aiming to grow this to a team of nine by the end of 2012."

Scantec was launched in 1990 by John Robinson and Pete Bates. The Merseyside based business initially served theNorth West, supplying personnel to businesses such as Unilever, Quest International, Mowlem and Eli Lily focussing on the petrochemical, pharmaceutical and civil engineering industries.
In 1995 Scantec made significant headway in the defence sector, winning a five year contract with the Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE). This continues to be a significant area of growth for the firm.
With the nuclear and defence divisions experiencing rapid growth, the management team generated a national profile for the company by expanding other sectors including oil and gas, scientific, architectural, construction and civil engineering.
Recognising the potential growth of the business, in 2003, the two directors created and implemented an ambitious five year plan, which outlined plans for turnover, the creation of a purpose built headquarter and ambitious recruitment plans. In 2006, the company relocated to the purpose built 11,000 square foot site at Twelve Quays,Birkenheadand by December 2008, had achieved an annual turnover of £62.4 million, employing a total of 62 members of staff.
Scantec is now ready to implement a second five year plan, which aims to grow the company's turnover to £100 million. Currently one of the 'Top 100' UK recruitment companies it aims to be in the top 50, it further aims to maintain its position within the 'Top 100' UK technical recruitment agencies.
