Wirral Business Angels Network (WBAN), sponsored by Wirral Council, and managed by business support team, Invest Wirral, is seeking to recruit individuals or groups of individuals looking to invest between £10,000 and £500,000 in locally identified growth businesses.
Individually or jointly, such persons will have experience in a specialist field, or particular industry sectors, or have a professional area of expertise, as well as being confident investors.
There is no cost for registration/membership of WBAN. It is open to existing Business Angels and/or professionals seeking opportunities for clients, who comply with financial services legislation. To ensure commercial confidentiality, they will be required to register and to comply with financial services legislation, provide a self-certification as a High Net Worth Individual or a self-certified Sophisticated Investor.
